ROUGH CUT Modified 590A1 Vapor Eye Heat Shield to fit the REMINGTON 870 POLICE HEAVY BARREL Shotgun
This is the new 'Vapor Eye' version of our shield with the vented-slots instead of the standard cheese grater pattern.
Its a BEAUTIFUL DAY in the pump-shotgun world! We now have modified heat shields to fit the REMINGTON 870 POLICE HEAVY BARREL. These are hand-fit on our in-house 870 to fit the dimensions of the REMINGTON 870 POLICE HEAVY BARREL
Our design modifies the brackets and inner-rings for geometry reasons. Shield will hide about 90% of your standard brass bead, but blade sights are perfectly visible. All hardware and brackets are included (Will include 2 sets of zinc-black screws in 8mm and 12mm length). There will be a small 1-2mm gap between the brackets (This is normal, and dont over-tighten). See the included photo of the ONE model (Short 7rd mag-tube) where this shield will NOT work. This a 'rough-cut' modification, so its not going to be 100% free of burrs or sanding marks, but we will keep the price reasonable on the labor costs. As usual, all our shields are warrantied FOR LIFE! You break it, lose it, or throw it off a CLIFF......we will replace it for LIFE.
